We received a few new pictures and video of Natinael ( I have no idea exactly how to spell his name because it is spelled different every time I see it!) He weighs 14.5 lbs and is 24 inches long now! He is 4 months old! He is getting so big!!! We have been getting to Skype with him every Saturday for the past few weeks, which is GREAT! Sometimes the connection isn't all that good and it freezes up a little but it is wonderful to be able to see him, watch him and just talk to him!
We leave for Ethiopia in about 6 weeks! I think! Yeah, 6 weeks from Saturday!
Excited= Yes, Very!
Anxious= Yes
Nervous= Yes!!! * Never flown before. Never been to an airport. Never been to another country. But getting to see our baby for the first time makes it all worth it!
We can't wait! It is going to be an experience for sure!

They spelled our baby's name different every time too. Abenezer, Abeneezer, Ebenezer, etc. One time our agency sent us an email and called him Emanuel. Then we got a DVD with the name Amanuel. My husband joked that he hoped we would end up with the right baby when we got there. Of course we did, but it was kind of funny. We waited until we got the birth certificate from ET and used that spelling because we made it his middle name. I had only flown on our honeymoon for a 1 hr. flight before this huge trip. Nothing like a baby waiting for you to help you get through scary things! It is a fun trip though. Happy for you!
